KingRecruitingServices client seeks a Commercial & Industrial HVAC Journeyman on union scale in Wisconsin. The role supports Green Bay, Milwaukee, or Madison markets with a direct-hire path and a stable, debt-free contractor backing top-tier field gear.

Expect a 1st shift schedule, strong pension, premium healthcare, and lucrative overtime potential with on-call pay. You will lead diagnostics, PMs, and client advisory across regional sites.

Formación

• HVAC 1 Industrial Journeyman card and union membership or willingness to enroll.
• Minimum 3+ years in commercial/industrial HVAC service.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/controls diagnostics and building automation interfaces.
• Clean driving record and Wisconsin residency.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, maintain and install high-tonnage commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot motor controls and building automation interfaces.
• Verify system commissioning and zero-callback quality.
• Provide direct technical advisory to facility directors.
• Mentor apprentices on the jobsite.
