Job summary

Green Mechanical Construction is seeking a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Duct Foreman to lead and manage ductwork installation and related mechanical construction activities on projects under the direction of a Superintendent or Project Manager.

You will oversee ductwork crews, enforce safety policies, read mechanical plans, generate material takeoffs, and coordinate with other trades to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC ductwork or mechanical construction.
• Experience supervising commercial/industrial HVAC ductwork installation crews (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communications skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, duct layouts, and construction documents.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage commercial and industrial HVAC ductwork activities on construction sites.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Interpret construction documents and schedules.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries on site.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and support staff.
• Report progress and maintain documentation.

WhatYou'llDo:

AsaCommercial/IndustrialHVACDuctForeman,you'llleadandmanageHVACductworkinstallationandrelatedmechanicalconstructionactivitiesonjobsitesunderthedirectionofaSuperintendentorProjectManager.You’llberesponsibleforoverseeingductworkcrews,promotingjobsitesafety,andensuringqualityworkiscompletedefficientlyandonschedule.

KeyResponsibilities:
