Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial/industrial plumbing construction.
• Experience supervising plumbing projects (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing plans, specs and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage plumbing trade activities on commercial/industrial job sites.
• Promote and enforce GreenMechanicalConstruction safety policies.
• Interpret plumbing blueprints, specifications and equipment schedules.
• Generate material takeoffs and manage plumbing materials.
• Supervise plumbing crews, subcontractors, and support personnel.
• Coordinate plumbing installation activities with other trades.

What You'll Do:

AsaPlumbingForeman,you'llleadandmanageplumbingconstructionactivitiesonjobsitesunderthedirectionofaSuperintendentorProjectManager.You’llberesponsibleforoverseeingplumbingcrews,promotingjobsitesafety,andensuringqualityplumbingworkiscompletedefficientlyandonschedule.
