As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee plumbing and HVAC construction projects from planning through completion, managing budgets, schedules, and teams while ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing full mechanical construction projects.
• Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (education may substitute).
• Experience with large commercial and industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Autodesk software.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation.
• Coordinate with field supervisors to plan and organize project work.
• Review and manage subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate purchasing of materials, equipment, and subcontracts.
• Prepare progress billings and review subcontractor payment applications.
• Ensure jobsite safety standards and company policies are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support growth.
