Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across commercial and industrial facilities in Corvallis, OR. You will read blueprints, diagnose issues, and ensure compliance with NEC and safety standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on electrician experience, a valid electrician license, and strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Valid General Journeyman, LME, MPE, or Electrician license required.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an electrician.
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Demonstrated experience with commercial and industrial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures across commercial and industrial facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to ensure accurate and compliant installations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems using testing devices and systematic problem-solving approaches.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
• Assist with and regularly perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, door repairs, drywall work, and HVAC system maintenance.
• Collaborate with other trades professionals and project managers to complete projects on time and to specification.
