Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks an experienced HVAC Lead Technician for on-site work in Corvallis, Oregon. You will lead a skilled team, diagnose complex HVAC issues, and drive preventive maintenance programs across multiple commercial properties.

You will collaborate with building management, implement energy-efficient solutions, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, while mentoring junior technicians and maintaining precise documentation in CMMS.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with HVAC certification.
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on commercial HVAC maintenance/repair.
At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, AHUs and BAS.
Oversee preventive maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
Supervise and mentor junior technicians to ensure high-quality work.
Coordinate with building management and contractors to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
Maintain documentation of service work and equipment history in CMMS.
Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot failures quickly.
Ensure safety protocols and codes compliance in all work.
Suggest system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements.
