Qualifications

• Valid Electrician's License.
• Knowledge of CMMS, BMS, and Fire Life Safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical services including monitoring of facility electrical systems.
• Assist with electrical maintenance goals and objectives.
• Manage electrical work orders, purchase orders, and invoices for electrical projects.
• Support emergency electrical repairs and system shutdowns as needed.
• Coordinate electrical maintenance activities with contractors and vendors.
• Monitor power distribution, lighting, and emergency backup systems.
