Job summary

JLL is seeking an Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across commercial/industrial facilities in Corvallis, Oregon. The role emphasizes safe operations, reading blueprints, and collaborating with trades to complete projects on time.

Requirements include a valid electrical license, 2+ years of hands-on experience, NEC knowledge, and strong problem-solving abilities. A driver’s license is also preferred. This on-site role offers growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Valid General Journeyman, LME, MPE, or Electrician license.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on electrician experience.
• Strong NEC and local building code knowledge.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with commercial/industrial electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures across commercial and industrial facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to ensure compliant installations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems using appropriate testing devices.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet local and national codes and safety standards.
• Assist with and regularly perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, door repairs, drywall work, and HVAC system maintenance.
• Collaborate with other trades professionals and project managers to complete projects on time and to specification.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and documenting work.
