Culligan Water is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work with Commercial & Industrial clients, handling orders, resolving issues, coordinating service and installation activities, and meeting related needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years in customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Commercial & Industrial Customer Service Representative works directly with Commercial & Industrial customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, coordinate service and installation activities and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
• Schedule service and delivery orders
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
• Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
