Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Customer Service Representative who works directly with Commercial & Industrial customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, coordinate service and installation activities, and meet related needs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, with at least two years of customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts.
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers.
• Schedule service and delivery orders.
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team.
• Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
