Culligan Water is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Customer Service Representative to work directly with Commercial & Industrial customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, coordinate service and installation activities, and meet related needs. The role requires detail-orientation, organization, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, scheduling services, and coordinating with operations, with opportunities for maintenance plans

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and managing customer accounts.
• Provide proactive sales support by developing relationships with customers.

• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
• Schedule service and delivery orders
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
• Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
