Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer relations to join our Commercial & Industrial Customer Service team. This role works directly with Commercial & Industrial customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, coordinate service and installation activities, and meet related needs.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts.
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers.
• Schedule service and delivery orders.
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team.
• Contact customers for scheduling additional services or maintenance plans.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
