Culligan Water is seeking an experienced Commercial & Industrial Customer Service Representative to work directly with Commercial & Industrial customers, discuss orders, resolve problems, and coordinate service and installation activities. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.

The candidate should be organized and capable of managing multiple tasks, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting service teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Commercial & Industrial Customer Service Representative works directly with Commercial & Industrial customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, coordinate service and installation activities and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
