Job summary

Zipline in South San Francisco is seeking a Project Manager intern for the Commercial Implementation team to design, optimize, and maintain workflows enabling partner onboarding, integration, and ongoing operations. The focus is on efficiency, scalability, and compliance to deliver exceptional partner experiences.

You will collaborate with Product, Enterprise Systems, Customer Success, and Engineering to implement workflows, monitor performance, and document SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or operations in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to work with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to map, analyze, and reengineer workflows.
• Able to analyze data to inform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement internal business processes.
• Map out existing processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with product, enterprise systems, and engineering to implement workflows.
• Monitor metrics and report process outcomes.
• Document and maintain SOPs.
