Zipline, the world’s leading autonomous logistics company, is hiring a Project Manager for the Commercial Implementation team in South San Francisco. You will design, optimize, and maintain workflows for seamless partner onboarding and ongoing operations.

Ideal candidates bring project management experience in fast-paced environments and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align processes with business goals. This internship runs January 2027 to April 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, operations, or related roles in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product, engineering and customer success teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal workflows for onboarding and operations.
• Map and optimize processes to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Enterprise Systems, Customer Success, and Engineering to implement workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure up-to-date SOPs and guidelines.
