Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an Area Sales Manager I, Commercial to build relationships with architects, engineers and specifiers and to drive specifications for CITY MULTI VRF systems and other METUS products.

You will manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, deliver technical presentations, and travel up to 40% to support customers, expand into the commercial market, and contribute to growth through effective account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years technical sales experience.
• Familiarity with local HVAC commercial sales channels.
• Ability to read architect/engineer plans.
• Public speaking and MS Office proficiency.
• Must reside in the Business Unit Geography.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with architects, engineers and specifiers to educate about METUS products.
• Deliver educational presentations to architects, engineers, contractors.
• Support customers with site visits as needed.
• Maintain CRM data and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 40% for meetings and training.
