Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Boiler Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair, clean, and maintain heating and cooling equipment for commercial and industrial customers. This role requires hands-on work with boilers, steam systems, and related controls across multiple sites.

You will read blueprints, perform preventive maintenance, coordinate on-site installations, and document job details. Candidates should have 3+ years boiler experience and 4+ years HVAC; ability to travel to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of boiler servicing in commercial/industrial environments.
• 4+ years of practical HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of basic electricity and electrical control systems.
• Understanding of fuel oil, natural gas, and propane.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
• Must be able to multitask, follow instructions, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to report to multiple job sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Service boilers and equipment for commercial/industrial customers.
• Troubleshoot, test, repair, maintain or modify heating systems and equipment including high/low pressure steam and hot water systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements and modifications requested by customers.
• Prepare on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout and coordinating materials and work.
• Document and maintain paperwork on each job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
