Engineering Excellence Incorporated in Ohio is seeking an HVAC technician to diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment alongside an experienced team. You will deliver quality workmanship, resolve customer concerns, and uphold safety and integrity with clear communication.

Experience with EPA 608, blueprints, and service call procedures are valued as you advance. You will participate in start-ups and equipment deployments as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in commercial HVAC.
• EPA 608 Refrigeration license, Universal preferred.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, production diagrams.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Commitment to customer-focused service and safety.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Service on commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Perform start-ups on equipment as required.
• Navigate and use smartphone to support business systems.
• Coordinate with EE dispatchers and manage material requisition for truck stock.
