Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and service commercial HVAC equipment (5+ tons) under minimal supervision.

You will communicate with customers, promote services, and maintain accurate records, while moving parts, using PPE, and following safety procedures.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, EPA certification, and valid driver's license; prior HVAC experience preferred; competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and HVAC experience; technical training certification required.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by laws for the work area.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Works under minimal supervision to perform commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional manner.
• Diagnoses and services heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Delivers parts and equipment needed to complete service work.
