Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will perform service calls, analyze issues, and complete maintenance tasks with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include communicating findings to customers, maintaining service records, handling parts, and promoting additional products and services. A valid license and EPA certification are required, with growth opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 1–2+ years’ experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls, analyze problems, and implement solutions.
• Explain findings and solutions clearly to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and correctly handle parts delivery.
• Promote products and services and coordinate with dispatch on status.
