Job summary

Service Experts LLC is seeking an HVAC technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial systems. Under supervision, you will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote our products and services while delivering exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, documenting work, and coordinating with dispatch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 2+ years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Diagnoses and services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning; delivers and removes parts and equipment as needed.
