Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment issues and determine the appropriate repair.
• Service and repair commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, controls, heating, and cooling systems.
• Work on ventilation and refrigeration equipment as needed.
• Document completed work through digital service reports.
• Explain equipment condition, repairs, and recommendations to customers.
• Work with dispatch to manage daily service calls and routing.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment.
