Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience; 5+ preferred.
• Maine or New Hampshire Propane/Natural Gas Basic License.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated field service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Identify equipment problems and determine effective repair solutions.

Superior Energy Solutions has been serving customers across Maine and New Hampshire for more than 30 years. As our commercial service operation continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician who wants competitive pay, dependable year‑round work, and a company that invests in its technicians.

You will work on a variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, handling service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs throughout the region. This is a field‑based role with the independence to manage your work while having an experienced team available when you need technical support.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

What You Bring
