As our commercial service operation continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician who wants competitive pay, dependable year-round work, and a company that invests in its technicians.

You’ll work on a variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, handling service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs throughout the region. This is a field-based role with the independence to manage your work while having an experienced team available when you need technical support.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Identify equipment problems and determine effective repair solutions
• Explain findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete service documentation and digital work orders
• Maintain quality, safety, and professional standards on every job
• Work independently while communicating with dispatch and the service team

What You Bring

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience; 5+ preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and digital work orders
