Job summary
Verto People, Ltd. in Gorham, Maine is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems across Central and Southern Maine.
The position offers $30.00–$45.00 per hour, company vehicle, equipment, gas card, mobile phone, uniforms, PPE, medical/dental/vision coverage, HSA and FSA, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k). Overtime and weekend work may be required.
Qualifications
- State of Maine Gas Licence.
- EPA 608 Universal certification.
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC service issues safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Maintain current trade licences and certifications.
- Comply with EPA Section 608 requirements and related safety regulations.
- Attend safety training and follow service procedures.
- Communicate professionally with customers and maintain a clean appearance.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required.

A HVAC Technician / HVAC Service Technician / Commercial HVAC Technician is required to maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems across Central and Southern Maine. This role is suited to an experienced commercial HVAC professional with strong technical skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to respond to service requirements when needed.
- $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience
