Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge required.
• Experience with service, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Maine or New Hampshire gas licensing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Put Your Commercial HVAC Experience To Work. Superior Energy Solutions is looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing field service team in the Augusta area.

This is a hands-on service position for a technician who enjoys diagnosing problems, making repairs, and keeping commercial systems operating reliably. You'll work with a variety of heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and control equipment while serving commercial and light industrial customers throughout the region.

One of the biggest advantages of this position is the home-dispatch model. Augusta-area technicians can start and finish their day from home, reducing unnecessary trips to the shop and giving you more independence in the field.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose equipment issues and determine the appropriate repair
• Service and repair commercial HVAC/R systems
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, controls, heating, and cooling systems
• Work on ventilation and refrigeration equipment as needed
• Document completed work through digital service reports
• Explain equipment condition, repairs, and recommendations to customers
• Work with dispatch to manage daily service calls and routing
• Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience; 5+ years preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Experience performing service, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the service team
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and electronic work orders
• Maine or New Hampshire gas licensing is a plus
