Job summary

BMI-PacWest is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to service commercial/industrial systems in Paso Robles and surrounding areas. You will diagnose, maintain and repair rooftops, chillers, boilers and zone controls while delivering exceptional customer service.

This full-time role offers overtime, on-call rotation, and relocation assistance, with earnings exceeding $100k annually potential. Training and career growth opportunities are ample within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal 608 Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; able to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities; able to explain technical issues clearly.
• Eligible to obtain a DoD-level security clearance; on-call rotation willingness.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Service rooftop units, chillers, boilers, package units, zone controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Document service work and communicate recommendations to customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while working independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Pay Range: $45-$60 per hour + Performance Bonuses | $100,000+ Annual Earning Potential

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40+ Hours Per Week | Overtime & Rotating On-Call Schedule

Required Qualifications
