Job summary

BMI-PacWest is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to service commercial/industrial systems in Paso Robles and surrounding areas. You will diagnose, maintain and repair rooftops, chillers, boilers and zone controls while delivering exceptional customer service.

This full-time role offers overtime, on-call rotation, and relocation assistance, with earnings exceeding $100k annually potential. Training and career growth opportunities are ample within a growing organization.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
EPA Universal 608 Certification required.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; able to work independently and with a team.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities; able to explain technical issues clearly.
Eligible to obtain a DoD-level security clearance; on-call rotation willingness.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Service rooftop units, chillers, boilers, package units, zone controls.
Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
Document service work and communicate recommendations to customers.
Deliver outstanding customer service while working independently and as part of a team.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
