BMI-PacWest in Santa Clarita, CA is expanding its commercial HVAC service team for a full-time role. Earn $45.00-$60.00 per hour plus performance bonuses; top technicians can exceed $100,000 annually.

Relocation assistance is available, with a Monday–Friday schedule and overtime plus rotating on-call. You will diagnose and repair commercial/industrial HVAC systems, service chillers, boilers, rooftops, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot controls, document service work, and provide

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial, residential, or industrial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal 608 Certification required
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule
• Eligible to obtain a DoD-level security clearance
• NATE Certification is a plus
• HVAC Technical School graduate
• Experience with A2L refrigerants is preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems
