Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial HVAC required.
• EPA 608 Refrigeration license (Universal preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude in commercial HVAC.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Service commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Perform start-ups on equipment as required.
• Use smartphone to support business systems.
• Coordinate with EE dispatchers and manage equipment delivery/removal.
• Provide excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
