Job summary

Engineering Excellence National Account is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to diagnose and repair commercial equipment, perform startups, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will use mobile tools to support dispatch, handle equipment deliveries, and maintain stock levels while upholding safety and integrity in every service call.

Minimum 2+ years in commercial HVAC with EPA 608 license (Universal preferred).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial HVAC
• EPA 608 Refrigeration license required (Universal preferred)
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and production diagrams
• Willingness to work OT and weekends
• Commitment to safety and customer-focused service

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform service on heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and related equipment.
• Conduct startup procedures on equipment as needed.
• Use mobile devices to support dispatch and service workflows.
• Manage equipment delivery/removal and maintain truck stock levels.
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and minor fabrication tasks.
