Comfort Technologies is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our team serving customers throughout the DFW Metroplex. We are looking for seasoned technicians with strong troubleshooting and repair experience on commercial HVAC systems, RTUs, chillers, and related equipment.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Commercial HVAC service experience required.
- EPA Universal Certification is required.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills are essential.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record is required.
- NATE certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
- Service RTUs, chillers, and related equipment including VAVs and ductless systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Complete service documentation and reports.
- Maintain professional relations with customers and facility personnel.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations.

Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Location: DFW Metroplex (Dallas-Fort Worth, TX)
Compensation: $35-$50+/hour DOE
Job Type: Full-Time
Comfort Technologies is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our team serving customers throughout the DFW Metroplex. We are looking for seasoned technicians with strong troubleshooting and repair experience on commercial HVAC systems, RTUs, chillers, and related equipment.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
- Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, mini-splits, VAVs, and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
- Complete service documentation and reports
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers and facility personnel
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations
- 5-25 Ton Package Units
- Air-Cooled Chillers up to 450 Tons
- Liebert Data Center Units
- Ductless Mini-Splits
- VAV Systems
- Fan Powered Boxes (FPBs)
- Standard Split Systems
Technicians service commercial customers throughout the DFW Metroplex, including:
- Weatherford
- Fort Worth
- Dallas
- Frisco / McKinney
- Waxahachie / Cleburne
- Rockwall
Our technicians participate in a structured on-call schedule:
- 1 week as backup on-call
- Following week as primary on-call
- Approximately 6-8 weeks between rotations
- 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with commercial chillers
- RTU expertise
- NATE Certification
- Experience working independently in the field
- Typical service hours: 8:00 AM - 5:0 PM
- Overtime available
- Some after-hours and emergency service work required
