Job summary

Environmental Air Systems, Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Houston-area field team.

This is a hands-on role focused on diagnosing and repairing a broad range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You will service chilled water systems, commercial package units, low-temperature refrigeration, and ice machines, while documenting service calls and communicating findings to customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience with chilled water systems and refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment failures and determine effective repair solutions.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration-related issues.
• Complete service repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial equipment.
• Evaluate equipment performance and identify potential problems.

Commercial HVAC Service Technician

$28-$38/Hour + Spiffs & Bonuses | 40+ Hours | Overtime Available

Environmental Air Systems, Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Houston-area field team. This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment while building a long-term career with an established, Texas-owned company.

The Work

This is a hands-on commercial service position for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and tackling challenging mechanical and refrigeration problems.

You’ll work with a variety of commercial systems, including:

• Chilled water systems
• Commercial package units
• Low-temperature refrigeration
• Ice machines
• Commercial HVAC equipment
• Other mechanical and refrigeration systems

Compensation & Hours

We offer competitive hourly pay along with additional opportunities to increase your earnings.

• $28-$38 per hour, based on experience
• Performance-based spiffs and bonuses
• Monday-Friday schedule
• 40+ hours per week
• Overtime available as needed
• Automatic overtime pay for work performed before 6:00 AM or after 6:00 PM
