Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will drive success as an integral part of TUDI's Commercial Service team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage department activities to achieve revenue goals and objectives while maintaining a strong customer focus.
  2. Lead, motivate, and optimize the service team to provide a superior customer experience.
  3. Execute established business plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  4. Consistently administer company policies/procedures while leveraging employee engagement and establishing a culture of accountability.
  5. Work closely and effectively with all departments and Department Managers.
  6. Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and following up with customers and staff.
  7. Continuously monitor performance and develop strategies for optimizing service fulfillment and customer experience.
  8. Identify bottlenecks impeding efficient and timely customer service completion and collaborate with the Process Improvement team for resolutions.
  9. Manage strategic relationships with local trade schools to access students and alumni.
  10. Encourage open and collaborative communication among team members.
  11. Educate technicians on safety and best practices in the field.
  12. Monitor and maintain job satisfaction through thorough annual performance evaluations.
  13. Participate in management meetings to develop corporate growth strategies and address operational challenges.
  14. Collaborate with the Recruiting team for technician and support staff recruitment and onboarding.
  15. Manage and support ongoing training programs for staff utilizing outside vendors and Tudi University.
  16. Perform annual budgeting, planning, forecasting, and establish operational plans with senior leadership.
  17. Lead Tudi Safety committee and oversee safety requirements.
  18. Support other activities and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of HVAC industry experience.
  • Experience leading a fast-paced service organization successfully.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and forecast data aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in task management and time management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate a team toward common goals.
