Join us as a Healthcare Operations Manager. This position plays a pivotal role in collaborating with our partner clinical team and training our multi-site Patient Navigators to successfully educate patients on the benefits of genetic testing and early detection.


Responsibilities:
  1. Management: Manage a team of 10+ nonexempt employees who navigate patients daily across various locations throughout Phoenix, AZ.
  2. Champion Patient Care: Lead a team of dedicated patient navigators who are the frontline for our patients' care experience in imaging centers in Phoenix, AZ.
  3. Operational Excellence: Refine site operations to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional customer service while interfacing with our partner Site Manager.
  4. Invest in People: Develop and train your team on best practices to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to excel. Play a key role in launching and ensuring the success of new imaging center partnerships in Phoenix, AZ.
  5. Day to Day: Monitor attendance and performance, initiate disciplinary procedures when necessary, complete orientation, expectations, and annual evaluations. Sign off on employee timesheets and coordinate time off. Act as liaison between the account manager, national training team, and leadership.
  6. Travel: This is a remote position requiring flexibility for a minimum of 50% local travel. You must reside in Phoenix, AZ.
Specific Skills:
  • Experience working in a healthcare facility
  • Experience managing nonexempt/hourly employees
  • Knowledge of HIPAA laws
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time
  • 5+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Flexibility
