Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Commercial HVAC–Refrigeration Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC units and light industrial equipment.

The role includes inventory management, diagnosing issues, and communicating with store managers and supervisors. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to be cross-trained, EPA Certification, and own tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability and desire to be cross trained on additional equipment for year round work.
• EPA Certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting electronic and electrical components of HVAC systems.
• Repair and preventive maintenance for commercial HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Locate problems by observing mechanical devices and listening for issues.
• Provide daily reports and communicate with store managers and supervisors.
• Remove defective parts using hand and power tools and inspect parts.
