Job summary

DOC Services Inc. seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC–Refrigeration Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC units and light industrial equipment.

You will manage inventories and anticipate parts and supplies based on analysis of information and trends. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electronic components, performing repairs, and maintaining OSHA/DOC safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with commercial HVAC-R equipment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related phone apps.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic and electrical components of HVAC units.
• Repair and preventive maintenance for commercial HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Identify sources of problems by observation and listening to equipment.
• Provide daily reports and communicate with managers and supervisor.
