Job summary

Araya HVAC Services is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our Massachusetts team. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM) with an on-call rotation. This role involves rooftop work, service, repair, and installation across commercial accounts.

You’ll operate on RTUs, split systems, and light refrigeration, applying diagnostic tools with an emphasis on safety and customer service. We offer licensing support and a clear growth path in a collaborative, back-your-technician culture.

Qualifications

The Role

We're hiring a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team across Massachusetts. Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a required on-call rotation. If you know your way around an RTU and want a company that actually backs its technicians, keep reading.

The Physical Side

This job has you on rooftops and outdoors in all kinds of weather. You'll need to climb, kneel, stand for stretches, lift up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable spending real time behind the wheel.

• $24.00–$45.00/hour, weekly pay, based on experience
• Bonus pay three times a year
