Job summary

Total Comfort, part of the ARS family of HVAC professionals, is hiring a full-time HVAC Technician in Virginia to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential systems with comprehensive training and a strong support network.

Earn $60,000–$100,000 annually plus commission, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, take-home vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment.
