Job summary

Araya HVAC Services is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our Massachusetts team. This full-time role covers commercial systems across MA with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM, plus an on-call rotation.

The Role

We're hiring a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team across Massachusetts. Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a required on-call rotation. If you know your way around an RTU and want a company that actually backs its technicians, keep reading.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Hands-on mechanical skills and sharp problem-solving instincts
• Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems and diagnostic tools

• Clean driving record and valid license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Openness to earning your EPA and OSHA-10 certs (we'll help cover it)

The Physical Side

This job has you on rooftops and outdoors in all kinds of weather. You'll need to climb, kneel, stand for stretches, lift up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable spending real time behind the wheel.

Pay & Perks

• $24.00-$45.00/hour, weekly pay, based on experience
• Bonus pay three times a year
