Araya HVAC Services is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our Massachusetts team. This full-time role covers commercial systems across MA with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM, plus an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical skills and sharp problem-solving instincts.
• Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems and diagnostic tools.
• Open to EPA and OSHA-10 certs; licensing support available.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems - RTUs, split systems, light refrigeration
• Run service calls, build quotes, and handle installs for your assigned accounts
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation
• Keep accurate service logs in our internal system
• Follow safety protocols on every job, every time
