Job summary

W3Global in Columbia, SC is seeking experienced HVAC-R professionals who want more than just another service position. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support customers while working Monday–Friday with rotating on-call.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC field service experience
• 2+ years commercial refrigeration experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• NATE Certification is a plus
• Experience servicing a broad range of commercial HVAC-R equipment is preferred
• Self-motivated professional with leadership potential is a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Evaluate equipment and recommend repair or replacement solutions
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support commercial clients

Full-Time | Columbia, SC

Schedule: Monday through Friday | Rotating On-Call Schedule

Salary range: $30+ per hour, based on experience + Spiffs Performance Incentives
