This is a stable, long-term opportunity with room for advancement. As a full-time technician in Columbia, SC, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and build strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC field service experience.
• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Ability to confidently recommend repair and replacement solutions.
• NATE Certification is a plus.
• Experience servicing a broad range of commercial HVAC-R equipment is preferred.
• Self-motivated professional with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Evaluate equipment and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues.
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support commercial clients.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC field service experience


• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration experience
