Job summary

The Encompass Group is seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Manager in Texas to lead large-scale projects from turnover through closeout. You will oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, budgeting, scheduling, and project documentation while coordinating with general contractors, vendors, and field teams.

Ideal candidates have strong experience with procurement, cost control, and project closeout, and are proficient with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Excel, and construction management

The Encompass Group is partnering with a respected commercial mechanical contractor to hire a Commercial HVAC Project Manager. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HVAC Project Manager or a strong HVAC Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from turnover through closeout.
• Oversee procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgeting, billing, scheduling, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Track project costs, lead times, commissioning, punch lists, and final closeout requirements.
