HVAC Project Manager – Commercial Mechanical Construction

Responsibilities
- Lead commercial HVAC construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, manpower, and overall project execution.
- Provide leadership and support to Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, and field personnel.
- Review project scope, establish project objectives, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage subcontract agreements.
- Monitor project costs, billings, collections, and profitability.
- Manage project schedules, documentation, procurement, and contract compliance.
- Identify and resolve project risks while implementing effective solutions.
- Manage and negotiate change orders.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Project Management experience in commercial mechanical construction.
- Proven experience managing large commercial HVAC projects.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
- Experience managing change orders and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel as project needs require.
- Must be able to meet all jobsite access requirements.
