Job summary

Gilder Search Group in Texas is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff through completion. You will coordinate project teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve objectives while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of construction PM experience, strong knowledge of HVAC practices, budgets, schedules, and change management. You will travel as needed and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC construction practices and project delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, procurement, scheduling, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, documentation, and change management processes.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading HVAC construction projects from kickoff through completion.

• Collaborating with superintendents and field leadership to achieve project milestones.
• Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and supporting the development of future leaders.

I'm working with a well-established and growing mechanical contractor that has built a strong reputation for delivering complex HVAC projects across the Texas market. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced HVAC Project Manager who can lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while building strong relationships with clients, field teams, and project partners.

This is an opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, solving challenges, and driving successful outcomes. You\'ll work closely with operations, field leadership, and customers to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Leading HVAC construction projects from kickoff through completion
