TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager for a well‑established mechanical contractor serving Texas. You will lead projects from kickoff through closeout, partnering with clients, field teams, and partners to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes.

This role requires strong budgeting, scheduling, change management, and the ability to travel as needed. You’ll mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC construction practices and project delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, procurement, scheduling, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, documentation, and change management processes.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC construction projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate project teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to support project objectives.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key project stakeholders.
• Evaluate project scopes, contract requirements, and execution strategies.
• Support manpower planning and staffing needs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Managing change orders, cost impacts, and contract modifications.
• Overseeing project documentation and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Collaborating with superintendents and field leadership to achieve project milestones.
• Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and supporting the development of future leaders.

I'm working with a well‑established and growing mechanical contractor that has built a strong reputation for delivering complex HVAC projects across the Texas market. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced HVAC Project Manager who can lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while building strong relationships with clients, field teams, and project partners.

This is an opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, solving challenges, and driving successful outcomes. You'll work closely with operations, field leadership, and customers to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading HVAC construction projects from kickoff through completion

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to travel as required to support project operations
