You will inspect and service RTUs, chillers, humidifiers, pumps, and related systems; coordinate with vendors; maintain records; and uphold safety standards in a dynamic casino environment. Candidates should have a CA driver’s license, 2+ years in large building systems, and HVAC

Qualifications

Two years of experience in large commercial building systems.
Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment.
Valid California Driver’s License.
HVAC Certification preferred.
Pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, and gaming license may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform monthly preventive maintenance on HVAC and kitchen equipment.
Inspect, repair and maintain casino RTUs, VAVs, chillers, humidifiers and related systems.
Order parts and maintain work order documentation.
Respond to emergencies and coordinate with outside vendors as needed.
Follow safety procedures for high voltage and pressurized equipment.
