Crystal Heating and Cooling in the Greater St. Louis area is hiring a Commercial HVAC Growth and Partnerships Representative to expand our commercial maintenance client base.

This relationship-driven business development role involves meeting business owners and facility managers, presenting maintenance programs, and building long-term recurring revenue. You will travel locally, work in-office, and collaborate with our HVAC operations and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• Strong ability to prospect and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Confidence approaching and developing new commercial customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own sales pipeline.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new commercial HVAC maintenance customers.
• Visit businesses and develop relationships with local decision-makers.
• Identify facilities that would benefit from preventive HVAC maintenance.
• Present commercial maintenance programs and service solutions.
• Develop proposals and follow up with prospective customers.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners.
• Network throughout the local commercial market.
• Generate referrals and additional commercial opportunities.
• Identify potential HVAC replacement opportunities during the sales process.
• Maintain an active pipeline and track sales activity.
• Continue developing customer relationships after the initial sale.
