Crystal Heating and Cooling in the Greater St. Louis area seeks a Commercial HVAC Replacement Sales Representative to identify, develop, and close replacement opportunities with commercial customers.

This in-office role involves travel within the service area and offers base salary plus uncapped commission, health insurance, laptop and cell phone, paid vacation, and ESOP participation after one year.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial HVAC replacement opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Meet with business owners, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
• Evaluate customer needs and existing HVAC equipment.
• Recommend appropriate equipment replacement and upgrade solutions.
• Develop pricing and professional customer proposals.
• Present options and explain recommendations clearly.
• Follow up on proposals and close sales opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate sold projects with internal operations and installation teams.
• Maintain accurate sales and pipeline information.

Compensation: Base salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential based on sales performance

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on customer needs

Work Location: In-office daily with local travel throughout our service area

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Commercial HVAC Replacement Sales Representative to identify, develop, and close commercial equipment replacement opportunities.

You will work with businesses and commercial property owners to evaluate aging or underperforming HVAC equipment, understand their needs, recommend appropriate replacement options, and guide them through the sales process.

What You Bring

• Commercial HVAC sales, service, replacement, or related industry experience
• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and applications
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
• Confidence presenting proposals and asking for the sale
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to work in-office and travel locally to customer locations

Experience and commercial HVAC knowledge are more important than specific certifications.
